For you, running the server
- Discover. Trending, a calendar, genres, networks, studios, people, moods and languages, plus the collections you only partly have.
- Requests. Approve or decline from your phone, resolve issues, keep a watchlist.
- One search. Seerr, Radarr, Sonarr, Jellyfin and Plex answer together, so you know if you already have it.
For everyone else at home
Family members sign in to Seerr with their own account (email, Jellyfin or Plex). They get a Cupola with three tabs: Home, Discover and their requests.
- Plain status. Waiting for approval, Downloading 62% · ready around 21:10, Ready to watch.
- Nothing technical. No API keys, no queues, no service names beyond Jellyfin and Plex.
- Only what they can do. If the server would refuse it, the button is not there.
- A widget and a notification. Their requests on the home screen, and Ready to watch when one arrives.
Inviting someone
In Seerr, Invite someone makes a link or a QR code with the server's address, never its API key. They install Cupola, open the link and sign in.
Not a player
Cupola tells you when something is ready. You watch it where you always do: Jellyfin, Plex or your TV.
